Mainly used for LED backlight module, FPC, memory card, camera module, BGA, IC, QFN, solder joint protection, etc., suitable for new energy products on nickel plating/galvanized /FPC and other surface protection, excellent waterproof transmission rate and resistance value, colloid has a certain toughness and surface hardness, can withstand high temperature boiling test.
Operation
- Keep containers sealed and stored away from water, moisture, heat and light.
- When using this product, if bubbles are found, it is recommended to use a centrifuge at 2500 RPM to debubble for 3 to 5 minutes before use.
- It is recommended to use alcohol to clean the uncured product if there is a problem.
- Already cured products if there is a bad recommendation to use heating or with a degumming agent to rework.
