MDTIM single-component thermal conductivity mud is a kind of silicone thermal conductivity product with strong plasticity. According to customers, different thermal conductivity products can be selected. Thermal conductivity mud, does not flow, does not layer, has good interface wettability, and the thickness of the minimum flattening gap can reach 0.12mm. The application process can be made into high compression flake products or hand-kneaded rubber mud according to the needs of customers, with efficient thermal conductivity effect and excellent caulking effect.
