MDACR 2315 acrylic structural adhesive is a two-component, gray, non-metal-coated, high-strength, high-toughness, fast-curing methylpropenate adhesive. Suitable for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of thermoplastics, metals and composites. High viscosity, high thixotropy, no vertical flow, mixing ratio 10:1, operation time 13-18 minutes, positioning time 30-40 minutes. Especially suitable for bonding metal materials, good toughness, good impact resistance, fatigue resistance. Can withstand 220℃ high temperature baking for 60 minutes.

Transportation vehicles, ship structure bonding, elevator industry, cabinets and other sheet metal industry, label manufacturing structure bonding. The stiffener is bonded to the sheet metal structure. Especially suitable for electrophoretic/spray/powder bonding of car body structures.
Adhesive materials ABS, Fiberglass, polyester (including DCPD modification) polystyrene, polyethylene ester, PVC, polyurethane, gelcoat, Plexiglass, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel; Galvanized steel plate (need different treatment according to different materials).
Instructions for use
- Surface treatment: Remove the adhesive surface dust, water, oil, etc. to keep the adhesive surface clean, carbon steel, stainless steel is recommended to use the sky bottom coating 1020 to achieve the best bonding effect. Mixing: After the mixing nozzle with a fixed mixing ratio is fully mixed, glue is applied manually, pneumatic or by equipment.
- Sizing: The product in the 18℃-27℃ environment can achieve the optimal component and B component viscosity is also affected by temperature, in order to ensure the consistency of the mixing effect in the metering/mixing equipment, the temperature of the two components in storage should be kept constant. Sizing must be completed within the selected adhesive operation time. Amount of glue to ensure full filling.
- Before the end of the operation time, the gluing and workpiece positioning must be accurately completed, and then the workpiece is kept in the fixed state until the end of the positioning time.
- Cleaning up: The glue is easy to clean up before curing, and the spilled residual glue can be scrubbed with a detergent containing terpene citrate resin or NMP to achieve the best fruit. If the adhesive layer has been cured, carefully scrape off the adhesive layer and scrub with detergent to achieve good effect.
