MDCOAT 7067 Low viscosity Silicone conformal coating

  • Single-component, low-viscosity solvent-based
  • High transparency, room temperature curing
  • There are a variety of applications to choose from
  • Stable and elastic at -60-200℃, easy to repair
  • It has good adhesion with most substrates without substrate coating
  • Excellent waterproof, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, electrical insulation performance
  • Good resistance to high and low temperature impact and high temperature and highhumidity performance
  • Comply with ROHS, low halogen

MDCOAT 7067 Silicone coating adhesive is a low viscosity neutral organic silicone that is easy to spray, dip, brush or pour. Protective coatings for hard and soft printed circuit boards and impregnated porous substrates protect electronic products under harsh conditions in a stable state.

Widely used in hard or flexible electronic lines, can also be used as thicker film circuit coating protection and porous products, such as moisture protection of ceramic products, can also be applied to solar equipment manufacturing.

Spraying process

  • Dilute MDCOAT 7067 with diluent, the amount of diluent is large, the viscosity of the glue is low, and the thickness of the glue is thin; On the contrary, the viscosity of the glue is high and the thickness of the glue is thick.
  • The amount of diluent added is recommended to be 10 ~ 30%.
  • Thinner is recommended to use alkanes, heptane, petroleum ether, alcohol, ketone solvents can not be used.
  • Load the diluted glue into the watering can and spray it.
  • Use the thinner to clean the watering can after you finish spraying.
  • Apply the spray in a well-ventilated space.

Dip coating process

  • Put the diluted glue into the dipping bucket for dipping coating
  • The board should not be immersed too fast to avoid bubbles.
  • Table drying time at room temperature 40 minutes, not recommended to heat drying.
  • When used again after dipping, if there is crust on the surface of the rubber layer in the dipping bucket, remove the skin and continue to use
