MDSI 6322 condensed adhesive sealing silicone rubber is a two-component condensed room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Fast curing at room temperature, release ethanol small molecules, no corrosion to the material. Use with a two-component dispensing machine. After curing to form a soft elastomer, with excellent cold and heat resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation properties, good moisture, seismic, corona resistance, leakage resistance. This product does not need to use other primer, can be bonded to most materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic and glass, bonding special materials PP, PE need to cooperate with a specific primer, you can also be bonded to the surface of the material by flame or plasma treatment to improve the bonding performance.

Instructions for use

  • When it is necessary to attach to the application material, please confirm whether the adhesion can meet the requirements before applying.
  • Surface cleaning. Perform the necessary grease removal dust removal work on the surface of the substrate before use, using solvents such as alcohol or acetone.
  • When using, first determine the volume ratio of A and B components is 1:1, the fluctuation range can be between 10:9 and 10:11, and the mixing must be sufficient.
  • The higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the surface drying and curing time. For the operation of the dispensing machine, the pause time is as short as possible to prevent the colloid from blocking the hose road.
  • The anti-curing time of the two-component gluing machine equipment must be set within 5mins; Do not remove the mixing pipe when each interval is used for a long time, and a new mixing pipe should be removed and installed before the next use, which can effectively avoid the phenomenon of solidification and caking of component B.
  • Long-term exposure to the air will lead to the failure of the active ingredients, so the A and B components that have been unpacked need to be re-sealed if there are any remaining components, so as not to affect the performance of the glue.
  • After the B material rubber cylinder is opened and the aluminum seal is torn off, it is loaded into the pressure plate pump as soon as possible, and the gas is discharged in time to prevent the B material from crusting and curing.
