Instructions

 

To mix:

  • The AB component main agent of the MDTIM series is mixed with the curing agent in a ratio of 1:1 by weight or volume.
  • Packages of hand-held twin tubes should be mixed using a matching glue gun or automatic meter to avoid bubble formation.
  • Manual mixing is not recommended.

For sizing:

50ml or 400ml double tube package

  • Load the double tube into the glue gun, then remove the end cap on the front end of the double tube.
  • Load the static mixing tube, and remove the mixing glue after discharge until there is no color difference.
  • Apply the mixture to the substrate and match it with the part.
  • Clamp the positioning to achieve handling strength or gap thickness during the working time of the gap filler.
