MDCOAT 7007 80 Shore A Silicone conformal coating
- Single component room temperature silicone
- Curing can also be promoted by heating
- Medium viscosity, suitable for brush, spray, dip coating a variety of processes
- After curing to form a certain hardness, anti-wear transparent elastic protective film
- It has good adhesion to various circuit boards
- Good resistance to high and low temperature and flame retardant performance
MDCOAT 7007 is an organosilicone resin triple-resistant material for surface coating of electronic components, which is suitable for the environment with a temperature of -60-200℃. This product is suitable for PCB board surface coating, insulation, moisture, water and rust, bright and smooth surface, high mechanical strength, highly transparent paint film, anti-leakage, shock, dust, corrosion, anti-aging, corona resistance and other properties.
In addition, the coating protective film is also conducive to the line and components of friction resistance, solvent resistance, and can release the pressure caused by periodic changes in temperature. It can fully protect the wire panel in a variety of chemical corrosion, salt spray, moisture, high pollution and dust, vibration and high and low temperature and other harsh environment without affecting its work and signal.

Curing process
The typical curing process for 3mil (0.075mm) thickness coating is curing at room temperature for 10min and drying at 80℃ for 10min. If there are bubbles in the coating, it needs to be left at room temperature for a longer period of time until the bubbles are eliminated before heating curing.
Operation process
- Before coating, it is necessary to remove dust, moisture (moisture) and oil from the surface of the object to be coated and keep it dry.
- This product can be applied by brush, spray, dip coating and other methods of construction. The coating is limited to no flow and no leakage. The thickness of a coating film is generally between 0.1-0.3mm. According to the selected coating process, the appropriate solvent can be selected to dilute the paint before use.
- After the first coating is dry, the second coating can be applied.
- The used brush, spray gun, etc. should be washed in time to prepare for the next use.
