MDGEL 6707 is a colorless, transparent and strong silicone gel gel, which is an elastic soft material that forms a buffer after curing. It is used to insulate circuit boards from moisture and other harmful contaminants, and to provide insulation against high voltages. Another use is to provide stress relief to protect circuits and interconnectors from high temperature and mechanical stress.

Operation Use craft

  • The A and B components are weighed at a ratio of 1:1, mixed evenly, and injected directly into the components (or modules) that need to be potting and protected.
  • The potting components stand, the operation time is very fast, can be cured in a short time, about 50-70mins initial curing at room temperature;
  • Glue filling equipment is applied in the operation.
