Product description

MDSI 7002 is a neutral adhesive sealant with outstanding mechanical properties, no corrosion to bonding materials, and has good bonding and sealing performance for most materials, low odor and low white fog, high temperature resistance, oil resistance to oil transformer, excellent acid and alkali resistance.

How to use

Use process:

Clean the surface: will be glued or coated surface clean, and remove rust, dust and oil.
Sizing: unscrew (or cut) the cap of the hose, squeeze the glue liquid to the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and close the adhesive surface to fix it.
Curing: Place the glued or sealed part in the air and let it cure naturally. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the inside. In 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the glue will cure to a depth of 4mm, and in 48 hours, it will cure to nearly 8mm.
If the sizing position is deep, especially the part that is not easy to reach the air, the full curing time will be extended, and if the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended.
