Product description

MDSI 7005 is a neutral dealcoholization type bonding sealant, outstanding mechanical properties, non-corrosive to bonding materials, and most materials such as PC\PA plastic, concrete, wood, felt, EVA foam, metal iron aluminum stainless steel have good bonding and sealing performance.

How to use

Use process:

Clean the surface: will be glued or coated surface clean, and remove rust, dust and oil.
Sizing: unscrew (or cut) the cap of the hose, squeeze the glue liquid to the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and close the adhesive surface to fix it.
Curing: Place the glued or sealed part in the air and let it cure naturally. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the inside, within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity) the glue will cure the depth of 3 ~ 4mm, if the glue position is deep, especially the part that is not easy to access the air, the full curing time will be extended, if the temperature is low, the curing time will be extended, 1cm thick sealant
Full curing takes more than 3 days.

Points to note:

After the operation is complete, the unused glue should be tightened immediately and sealed for storage. When using again, if there is a little crust on the seal, it can be removed without affecting normal use. Glue in the storage process, the mouth of the pipe may also appear a small amount of curing phenomenon, it can be used normally after removal, does not affect the performance of the product.
