Operation process

  • Surface treatment: will be sticky or coated surface finish clean, clean with cleaning agent to remove rust, dust and oil. Can be applied to a variety of materials, such as glass, metal and most commonly used industrial plastics, to achieve a bottomless coating bond. However, on some polymers, the bond may be poor, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and PTFE. It is recommended to use PM1200 for primer in advance to obtain a good bonding effect.
  • Sizing: Cut the nozzle to the required size and load it into the glue gun. Squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface for an even distribution. When bonding, the adhesive surface can be closed and fixed. At room temperature and 55% relative humidity, the adhesive exposed to the air will complete the “crust” in about 15 minutes. Therefore, all processing must be completed before crusting.
  • Curing: After finishing the crust, curing will continue from the inside out. The curing depth within 24 hours (room temperature, 50% relative humidity) is approximately 3mm. Very deep, especially sections with difficulty in contact with moisture in the air will require a longer curing time. The lower the relative humidity will extend the curing time. The painted part is placed in the air and can be put into use after curing at room temperature for 24 hours.
  • Note: After opening, use it as much as possible once, once not used up, and then use it again, after squeezing out the cured part, continue to use without affecting normal use.
